    All notices from Sonny's Custom Shop to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Sonny's Custom Shop shall be made by e-mail, sent to the Contact Us address we provide on our Web site.

    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Sonny's Custom Shop five (5) days after the date sent.

If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions, do not use the website or download any materials from the website. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by us without notice to you.

    Order Acceptance:   Placing an order in the online store or receipt of an automatic email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or an offer to sell.  We reserve the right, with notification, to limit the order quantity for any items and reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.  Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

    Payment Policies:   You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, and agree to pay the charges promptly.  In the event that an electronic payment is denied, or if a check is returned, We may impose a fee to cover the cost of any charges incurred.  Customers shall be responsible and liable for such fees and including any attorney’s fees and collection costs that may be incurred by me to collect any unpaid balances.

    Return Policy:   If an item is damaged during shipping, it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a replacement.  Custom Orders are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Refunds:   Custom Orders are not returnable, except under warranty terms, or if damaged in shipment.  Refunds will be issued for stock pickups in new condition, unaltered and with full leads, and packaging.  Returns must be received in my shop within 30 days from date of shipment,  We reserve all rights to refuse any return or exchange for any reason.   If you do not return the covers, screws, springs, rubber tubing, or other loose parts you will be charged an appropriate replacement fee. 

    Prices:  Prices subject to change without notice. 

    Indemnification:  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.



  • Sales Tax

  • Sonny's Custom Shop charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the then applicable state and or local sales tax rate for the address to which the order is being shipped.

    Texas customers with a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit who wish to purchase items for resale or otherwise exempt from tax must either provide a legible copy of said permit prior to any purchases or else will be charged tax.
